Montana’s Cookhouse
May 26, 2008
We were seated at a high table in the bar section.
I ordered the chicken tenders with fries. My dining partner ordered the quesadilla appetizer. Both of our meals seemed to be of similar size. I guess the starter menu items are meals by themselves.
The chicken tenders were pretty thin and not made of the highest quality chicken. There was much meat filler in the chicken. The tenders were served atop a large leaf of what I can only assume was lettuce. The fries were of a decent portion. Pre-seasoned with salt, the fries were cut, with some skin remaining, to a medium size and fried to a proper crispy state.
To drink, I had a pint of Rickard’s Red, a beer that goes quite well with fried chicken and fries.
A new blog!

WIGSF, Columbia and I discussed an idea like this on the weekend. It seems WIGSF and I keep going to restaurants and rating them. So I thought we should start a blog all about our experiences at these places. I am hoping to get the WonderTwins to contribute to this thing to, so stay tuned!
